Nice animation! I have a small question though, it might improve the renders with blender a bit, but what colorspace are you using? Because Filmic\AGX generally are applied for realistic renders and stylized stuff looks washed out, standard on the other hand displays the colors just as is, which allows for better look, unless this was intended and i just yapped for no reason

and even if we don't take the or into account, "choppy" doesn't describe the animation here, it's pretty fluid. Designs are neat, consistency of some frames is a bit off, but overall this is nice, there's room for improvement but zero stars?
